I wrote these instructions in November 2019 and I’ve only just published them! I hope you’ve found them helpful, but I presume at some stage they won’t work. It should prompt you to download the video. In your desktop browser, go to the Facebook website and find the video you want to download.From your ‘My collections’ section, click on the video.Click on the three ‘…’ dots next to the video.

I thought others might appreciate these instructions so I’m publishing them on my blog. I’ve tried my instructions using both Firefox and Chrome browsers on a Windows 10 PC. She had originally recorded the videos herself and the videos were personal family moments. I was happy to help and spent twenty minutes working out the instructions to download the Facebook videos. My cousin contacted me and said she wanted to download videos from Facebook.
